4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Spiritual Development Services

Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the session fee is non-refundable due to reserved practitioner time and preparation. 4.2 Information Products

Digital materials become available immediately upon purchase. Owing to the nature of electronic delivery, purchases of information products are generally non-refundable. If you encounter difficulties accessing your materials, notify us within seven days of purchase for assistance and potential reimbursement of the purchase price if the issue remains unresolved.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be sent back for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain unused and in their original packaging. To initiate processing, email our support team with your order details. Delivery charges for the initial shipment are not eligible for reimbursement. Once we confirm receipt of the returned item, the product cost will be refunded to your original payment method.

Auramentis reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
